Dear Future Son

Did you hear the big news? My husband and I are thrilled to welcome our son this summer. We found out we were pregnant in November 2020 and the time has been flying by so quickly. Before we know it, June will come and our little boy will arrive. 

Before the big day, I wanted to write down my thoughts for my beloved son. Why? Soon enough he will be on the internet and I wanted to document my thoughts and emotions leading up to the day he is born. 

I am so excited to be your mommy. Ever since I knew you were in my tummy, my life has changed in ways I couldn’t even imagine. Every day you grow inside my belly, I am overwhelmed with love and devotion to you my dear. You, my son, have taught me what love feels like in a whole new way. I am eternally grateful to be your mother and I will honor, protect, and cherish you every day for the rest of my life. 

Your father and I are so excited to teach you how to navigate this dynamic and unpredictable world. We know we can’t teach you everything but we are confident that you will have what it takes to change this world for the better. Never forget, we are always going to be here supporting and cheering you on! 

Soon you will learn all my quirks and it will be very clear how much I value communication. Here is a list of things I want you to remember as you grow and discover just how amazing you are my love!
